Kim Kardashian, baby girl North and Kanye West are heading home, E! News has exclusively confirmed.

The happy trio left Cedars-Sinai overnight Thursday, with doting mom, little Nori and adoring daddy heading to an undisclosed L.A. home.

We know they all need their rest after such an emotional week thanks to the bundle of joy's early arrival.

Kim gave birth Saturday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills, five weeks before her due date. Sources confirm to E! News that it was a natural delivery and that little Nori weighed "just under 5 pounds."

And while Kanye was right by Kim's side for the birth, not everyone in the Kardashian-Jenner household was able to make it to the hospital in time. "This was not planned. This came on very quickly," says a source, noting that, "the whole family was dispersed all over the place!"

Fortunately, though, a source says that the baby "is healthy and Kim is doing well."

"There's a great sense of relief," our insider adds. "Everyone is very happy for her, and Kim is relieved [because] this was a very stressful time," but, we're told, Kim has swiftly taken to motherhood, which she is loving very much.

Kim's good friend Larsa Pippen, who originally traveled to L.A. to spend time with her pal before she gave birth, told E! News at the premiere of Monsters University Monday night that Kim is "feeling really good and excited."

Also, Pippen said proud papa Kanye West "is, like, in love with the baby," who is "so freaking cute."
