But before we get to why Giuliana Rancic's hubby—and today's E! News guest cohost—is so adorable, here's what the first-ever winner of The Apprentice had to say about how most reality stars' flames tend to flicker after 15 seconds.
"I think a lot of the winners on these reality competition shows fade away, but I think at the end of the day, you have to have a good work ethic," Bill explained. "A lot of them expect to have everything fall into their lap and that's not the case."
He continued: "But for me, I was a little bit older, so when I won The Apprentice, I was almost 32. So I had a little bit more experience...and I could handle all the craziness that came with it."
And a thumbs-up from Donald Trump wasn't even the best part!
"The best thing that came out of me winning The Apprentice—I met my wife," he said, gesturing to Giuliana.
