You know we're all for minimal makeup and hair in the summertime. But, Jenna Fischer took this look to the extreme when she showed up to the red carpet sans makeup except for pink lip gloss, and over-processed hair that looked like she had just taken it out of a ponytail.

This is a woman with creamy ivory skin and bright green eyes—she doesn't need that much makeup to look fabulous!  We're not talking contouring and cat eyes here, we're just asking her to add a few additional steps to make her best attributes shine on the red carpet.

As for the hair, Jenna's tresses look so stressed out they are begging her for a deep conditioning treatment. After lightening her hair for several years, it has left her with frizzy roots and brittle ends.  We're hoping this is an "in-between" phase and she's growing it out. But even so, she should put her hair back in a slick topknot or low bun for the red carpet.

Beauty Bailout: We would first cover those dark under eyes by dabbing on a creamy concealer like AmazingCosmetics Amazing Concealer with our ring finger or a concealer brush. Hint: Always pat and dab under the eyes. Never rub or you'll risk pulling at the delicate skin and causing pre-mature wrinkles.

As for eye makeup, we would keep Jenna looking natural and skip eyeliner and eye shadow, but we would insist on a couple coats of volumizing and defining mascara like Clinique Impact Extreme Volume Mascara

We would also demand that she allow us to pencil in her uneven eyebrows.  You would be shocked how much a little brow pencil would have transformed this look. It would have made her eyes look bigger and brighter and framed her face.

As much as we love Jenna's creamy complexion, she needs a little color on her cheeks so she doesn't look washed out.  To keep her looking natural, we would apply a sheer peach powder blush like Bobbi Brown Blush in Nude Peach on the apples of her cheeks.

We know pink gloss tends to be the "go to" for many women, but when you have a complexion as light as Jenna's the light pink can wash you out. We would have rather seen Jenna in a sheer rose lipstick like Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butter in Pink Truffle, which would have added a little subtle color and brightened her face.

We love that Jenna likes to keep things au natural. But instead of hitting the red carpet with no makeup, she should just add a few makeup steps so that she doesn't end up looking like she just came from a long day at The Office.
