Justin Bieber has spoken out in the wake of being accused of hitting a photographer with his car.

"Sometimes u just wanna go to a comedy club and have a laugh. no trouble. just want to laugh," the 19-year-old singer tweeted on Tuesday morning.

He added, "im all about the music."

Unfortunately, it seemed like there was very little laughter going on Monday night.

As Bieber was trying to drive away from The Laugh Factory in his Ferrari after taking in a comedy show, a photographer apparently became pinned between the pop star's vehicle and a parked car, injuring his leg, according to eyewitnesses. Bieber allegedly left and the police were subsequently called to the scene.

"LAPD can confirm we are investigating a traffic collision that occurred around 11:45 p.m.," a police spokesman told E! News. "Officers did interview all parties involved and determined there was no hit-and-run. It appears the pedestrian in the roadway was a major factor in the collision."

Meanwhile, the paparazzo who was supposedly injured was apparently taken to the hospital, but no word on what, if any, injury he may have sustained.

Bieber's rep is not commenting on the incident.
