InstagramFormer MTV's Hills reality star Frankie Delgado is now a married man!
The 32-year-old said "I Do" to girlfriend Jennifer Acosta on Saturday at Rancho Las Lomas near Dana Point, Calif., "in an incredible ceremony and beautiful reception," Delgado's rep confirms to E! News.
Joining in on the celebration were fellow Hills castmates Lauren Conrad and Brody Jenner. Other guests included Reggie Bush.
Delgado proposed to his girl on Valentine's Day in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico back in 2012.
The wedding comes just days after fellow Hills castmate Kristin Cavallari took the plunge with now hubby Jay Cutler in Nashville, Tenn.
