What's black and white and the chicest ever on a boat? Kate Middleton, in her last pre-baby solo public appearance!
Prince William's wife looked ravishing in a Hobbs Dalmatian print dress Thursday in Southampton, England, as she officially named Princess Cruises' newest ship: the 3,600-passenger Royal Princess.
As the godmother of the ship, the Duchess of Cambridge popped a celebratory champagne bottle and told a cheering crowd, "I name this ship Royal Princess. May God bless her and all who sail in her!"
The Royal Princess will sail the Grand Mediterranean cruises throughout the summer, followed by Eastern Caribbean cruises beginning in the autumn. Previous cruise godmothers have included Princess Diana, Martha Stewart, Audrey Hepburn Sophia Loren, Margaret Thatcher and the cast of The Love Boat.
Perhaps Kate and Prince William will consider a babymoon aboard this very special ship once their little one arrives!
