Fellas, have you ever thought to yourself: I wish I had Brad Pitt's flawless full head of hair? Or Bradley Cooper's beautiful blue eyes that you just can't help but get lost in? Or George Clooney's youthful testicles?

Well, now you can! Kinda.

But let us back up for a second to explain: The legend of George's little Georges started when he made at joke to Esquire magazine in 2008, saying that he had never had an eye procedure done but, "I did get my balls done...I got them unwrinkled. It's the new thing in Hollywood—ball ironing."

And...he wasn't lying. About it being a new thing, that is. We assume he was joking about having his own done. But a new procedure, "Tighten the Tackle" is apparently sweeping the spas of Hollywood.

"They thought the Brazilian bikini wax was crazy 10 years ago and now it's just part of the process," Nurse Jamie Sherill, who performs the operation at her Santa Monica spa, Beauty Park, told The Daily Mail. "Don't knock it until you try it."

On their website, the operation is labeled a "Male Laser Lift" and the process is explained as, "Using the Pixel laser this procedure evens out skin tone, removes discoloration from ingrown hairs, removes skin tags and provides overall tightening to the external skin. You know where…"

Nurse Jamie continues, "Down there the skin ages, it's a thinner skin like that around the eyes." Testicles: they're the eyes of your penis!

The nonsurgical, aesthetic procedure "keep[s] their garden kept" (her words) and is reportedly $575 per treatment, with each treatment lasting about four weeks.

"It has a high patient satisfaction," Nurse Jamie boats, explaining that the technique became more popular during awards season and is expected to spike again before the Emmys.

Because nobody wants to win an Emmy with gross balls!
