It's another Teen Mom 2 wedding!

Corey Simms, Leah Messer's ex-husband and father of Aleeah Grace and Aliannah Hope, wed for the second time this weekend, tying the knot with girlfriend Miranda Patterson.

"Today in just a few hours, @CoreySimms2 and I will be joined in marriage. Happiest and most blessed day of my life. I love you handsome :), Miranda tweeted Saturday before the I-do's.

Simms' two daughters from his previous marriage to Messer were both present for the low-key nuptials.

The couple also kept their attire casual, with Miranda rocking cowboy boots with her wedding dress and Corey sporting a flannel shirt and basic jeans.

"My new daughter in law is an absolute joy! We are blessed to have her in our family!" Corey's father Jeff Simms tweeted after the ceremony. "Sitting here tonight feeling pretty dern blessed. Aliannah started walking, Gracie is doing great, Corey married an angel! #thankfulman," he added.

Patterson, who is police officer for the Mason County Sheriff's Department in West Virginia, and Simms got engaged in December after the father of two finalized his divorce from Messer.

Simms was previously married to the MTV star, but Messer pulled the plug on their union after just six months of matrimony.

Since their split, Messer married Jeremy Calvert, and the couple recently welcomed their first child.

They were not present for the nuptials, athough the reality couples are friendly and Leah and Corey successfully co-parent their kids.
