Drugstore shopping just got a whole lot fancier.

Red-carpet darling and celebrity favorite fashion label Marchesa is partnering with Revlon on a new makeup line.

The collaboration's first release will be a collection of 3-D jewel appliqués inspired by the brand's iconic couture gowns.

Next up? The new partners will launch lip and eye products, beauty tools, and nail polish.

Revlon will also be the official makeup and nail brand backstage at Marchesa's New York Fashion Week shows.

"This partnership has tremendous amount of congruence and synergy and therefore it could go anywhere," Julia Goldin, chief marketing officer of Revlon, told WWD.

We're betting Marchesa will soon become a permanent fixture in stars' purses, as well their closets.
