Taco Bell took serious action after seeing a photo of an employee lick a stack of taco shells.
While just yesterday the food chain claimed that they were "conducting an investigation," it appears that they've already reached their decision: to fire the worker in question.
Taco Bell released a statement on Facebook saying, "We have strict food handling procedures and zero tolerance for any violations."
The employee, who reportedly worked at the Ridgecrest, Calif., location, has yet to speak out regarding the controversial viral photo.
Well, one thing's for sure, this is a case of justice served…with a side of nachos.
