Ireland Baldwin posted a bunch of pics on Instagram yesterday of her logging some serious hours in the gym.

The 17-year-old proudly showed off her washboard abs in a pink sports bra and black leggings while a girlfriend flexed her muscles for the pic.

Alec Baldwin's daughter showed off some of her favorite exercises for getting her insanely toned bod, like yoga stretching poses and major ab crunches with a medicine ball.

It's no wonder Baldwin looks as fab as she does!
