Pippa Middleton Starts Her Own Company: Find Out the Simon Cowell Connection

Sister to the Duchess of Cambridge has named her business PXM Enterprises

Pippa Middleton isn't just a party planner, she's also a business woman.

Which is why the sister to the Duchess of Cambridge has reportedly started her own company.

According to British reports, Middleton has registered her first company under the title PXM Enterprises. She lists herself as the sole shareholder and director for the limited company, which is located near London's Regents Park.

Although it's unclear as to exactly why Middleton started the business, she's apparently taking the financial matters very seriously, having listed a savvy firm of accountants, whose celebrity clients include Simon Cowell and Kate Bush. 

Pippa was recently panned by critics over her party-planning guide Celebrate, which was slammed for its overly simplistic tips (e.g., the book offered advice on how to make ice). 

Despite the poor reviews, Pippa's party prowess will soon be put to the test, as she's reportedly planning her sister's shower for the royal baby.
