Prospective homeowners looking to snag Chris Brown's digs are out of luck.

Contrary to a report that the "Run It" singer had put his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad on the market, the property is actually not for sale, E! News confirms.

A realty sign outside his home is actually for the empty dirt lot next door, according to realtor Suzie Ramsey of Ramsey & Shilling Associates.

X17 earlier this week speculated that the 24-year-old may be moving out after some neighbors complained about the graffiti he painted on his side of his residence, specifically eight-foot-tall murals featuring brightly colored creatures.

Now we know he's not going anywhere. So while you can't buy Brown's residence, some of you can still build your dream house right next to the hitmaker.

Any takers?
