Why is Justin Bieber so sad? One think tank claims it's because he's worried if the minimum wage increases then his teenage fans won't be able to find jobs.

MinimumWage.com is a non-profit that studies public policy and its effects on employment growth. The group's message suggests that a higher minimum wage means businesses can't afford to hire as many employees, and the unemployment rate among younger workers goes up.

MimimumWage.com used a puppy-eyed picture of Bieber alongside the caption "Why is Justin Bieber so sad? Could it be because 24% of teens who want a job can't find one?" in an L.A.-area billboard.

The ad then states that "teen unemployment makes us all sad" and that "raising the minimum wage will only make things worse."

Believe what you will.
