On Friday, the dad-to-be was presented with a little soccer ball (or mini-football as Brits like to say) for the royal baby while attending a UEFA meeting of football's European leaders in London.
The 30-year-old royal was also presented with a regular-sized soccer ball, perhaps to be saved for when a mini-Will or mini-Kate is a bit older.
And not to put any ideas into anyone's head just yet, but isn't the time of David Beckham's retirement and the royal baby's impending due date serendipitous? Maybe the royal tot can one day get a few pointers from the English soccer legend.
