What a girl wants is a wig? Nah. How about her freedom?

E! News has obtained the pot-bust portrait Amanda Bynes took following her arrest Thursday night in New York for reckless endangerment and marijuana possession after she allegedly threw a bong out of her apartment window.

New York's Finest typically do not release mug-shots, per departmental policy, but thanks to the prying eyes of a photographer and a nice zoom lens, we're able to sneak a peek of the troubled 27-year-old actress.

And Bynes doesn't look like a happy camper, sporting short-cropped hair (hence those wigs she's been spotted out with) and quite the sad frown on her face as she was booked on the misdemeanor charges.

She has since been arraigned in court and released on her own recognizance. Her next court date is set for July 9.
