The pop culturati may be hyping Lena Dunham as the voice of a generation, but on Twitter, she's also apparently the voice of dissent.

The Girls mastermind is none too pleased that a porn parody of her gloriously awkward, zeitgeist-tapping twentysomething misadventures has popped up.

The video, titled This Ain't Girls XXX, is set to be released by Hustler reportedly within the next few months, and news of its impending arrival has incited the 27-year-old filmmaker to give folks a piece of her mind about it.

"I wish I had a better attitude about the Girls porn parody," Dunham tweeted Thursday. "I really can never predict what will trouble me and it's simply exhausting."

According to porn-biz site XBiz, the film centers on an oh-so-uninhibited version of Dunham's Girls alter ego, Hannah, as she "decides to forsake men, and boyfriend Adam, to experiment with lesbianism" before she later "returns to Adam—and mankind."

Guess in this case, imitation is so not the best form of flattery.
