In this exclusive first look at part one of the Married to Medicine season-one reunion, Mariah and Toya air out all the drama and go at each other pretty hard. Mariah even calls Toya "obtuse," which is not a word we hear very often on a Bravo reality show reunion. But it's the final line from Mariah to Toya that silences the room.
