Hot off the heels of Kelly Rowland and Paula Rubio officially joining the U.S. version of The X Factor comes the announcement that Sharon Osbourne will be trading in America's Got Talent for the original X Factor in the U.K.

Veteran judge Osbourne, who was part of the original panel in season one, is returning to the reality series after leaving in 2007. Gary Barlow, Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh will be judging alongside Osbourne when The X Factor returns in August.

"I couldn't be happier about coming back for the 10th anniversary of X Factor," Osbourne says in a statement. "I can't wait to give Gary Barlow a big hug, sit next to the gorgeous Nicole, and of course throw water on dear Louis. Yay!"

Adds Simon Cowell: "Three words I never thought I'd say: Welcome back, Sharon!"

So will Osbourne give up her day job on CBS' The Talk for The X Factor? Her rep confirms to us that she will not be leaving the daytime talk show and will be pulling double duty.
