The Sin City star attended the As I Lay Dying premiere at the 66th Annual Cannes Film Festival Monday, where she inadvertently made quite the impression in her sparkly beaded gown.
Strutting down the red staircase, the 34-year-old star accidentally flashed her underwear-covered crotch, completely unaware that her extremely thigh-high slit had slightly shifted, and of course, the shutterbugs were present to snap the wardrobe snafu.
With the exception of the revealing moment, Dawson stunned in her white Elle Saab gown, which also featured a plunging neckline (luckily, that part stayed put!) in addition to the daring slit.
The gorgeous star recently bared it all onscreen for her Danny Boyle-directed flick The Trance.
Perhaps this is a bit of enticement to go see the film? (We kid, of course!)
