When it comes to fashion, trends come and go; and in the world of real estate, timing is everything.

So when Redfin spotted a number of fancy homes owned by some pretty powerful fashion industry executives all at the same time, we certainly took notice.

From sprawling estates in Miami to posh mansions in Beverly Hills, these luxurious abodes owned by designers and moguls like the heads of Guess, Bebe and more are currently on the market for (you guessed it!) a pretty hefty sum.

But considering their stylish owners and built-in legacies, we're betting they're worth every penny.

Versace: If you happen to have an extra $100,000,000 to spare, you might want to invest in this impressive piece of fashion history. This immaculate 10-bedroom estate in Miami Beach was owned by designer Gianni Versace, and also the location of his murder in 1997. Exuding the designer's Italian aesthetic, the property boasts hand-painted walls, ceiling frescoes, custom tile mosaics, fountains, sculptures, chandeliers and a 24-karat gold-lined swimming pool!

With floor-to-glass walls and a media room that doubles as a private club, the home's awe-inspiring features are just as covetable as their luxe handbags.
