So much so, the Nashville star was quick to squash the rumor when we caught up with her Sunday at the Billboard Music Awards.
"No ring," she said while holding up her hands when asked if they're planning on getting hitched.
While Klitschko didn't walk the carpet with Panettiere, he did join her for the big night. "He's wandering," she said. "He's taking my friends out back."
The couple broke up in May 2011 after two years of dating but rekindled the romance about four months ago.
If wedding plans are in the works, the twosome doesn't have much time to work on things, and Panettiere still doesn't understand how rumors of a real-life Nashville tour got started.
"I'm kind of confused as to when they think that's going to happen," she said. "We shoot from the end of July to the end of April."
