Nothing is official just yet, but it sure sounds like Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber are making music together.

Just the other day after the former Disney tween was spotted leaving the Biebster's recording studio, a source told us that something has been in the works.

What does Ms. Cyrus have to say about the rumors?

"I know pictures are flying around," she told me Sunday on the blue carpet at the Billboard Music Awards. "You guys will have to wait and see. I'm the biggest at top secrets. I've had this single ["We Can't Stop," to be released June 3] ready for about a year, and I've had to keep my lips sealed and just not saying anything. So you'll see."

Can't wait.

Now, talking about "We Can't Stop," Cyrus says it's for and about her fans.

"They really believed in me the whole time," she explained. "I feel like this song really is for them and how I feel—that I can't stop and I'm going to be who I am and they should be who they are and that they can't stop and not one can stop us.

"It really is an inspiring song for my fans," Cyrus continued. "We don't care, we can do what we want."

And for those keeping score, yes, Cyrus was wearing her engagement ring. Her fiancé, Liam Hemsworth, is currently at the Cannes Film Festival promoting The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

Cyrus smiled, "I'm riding solo tonight."
