Maggie Q Teases Nikita's "Devastating" Finale, "High-Octane" Final Season

Exclusive! "Professionally, it's the right way to go out," the CW star says of six-episode final season

Break out the tissues and warn your neighbors in advance not to be alarmed by any loud sobbing coming from your house before tonight's season finale of Nikita!

The action-drama, which was was renewed for a fourth and final season, is not holding back when it signs off for the summer and we caught up with leading lady Maggie Q, aka our favorite TV badass, to get all the scoop on the "devastating" finale!

Plus, she teases what fans can expect from the six-episode final season.

"Creatively, I'm so excited," Q says of going into Nikita's final season. "Personally, I'm devastated because I'm going to miss my Nikita family. Professionally, it's the right way to go out."

So how does tonight's finale set up season four? "It's going to be so devastating for fans, the way we the end season, so that next season is designed to be high-octane, fast-paced. We want to make it like six movies," she teases.

And while fans were a bit bummed that the final season will only be six episodes, Q assures that it will be better for the series' creative team, explaining, "I'm so excited for writers to have a light at the end of the tunnel, and like a goal they can plow through."

Nikita's finale airs tonight at 8 p.m. on the CW.
