Lady Gaga is always ready for her close-up. 

It's been over two months since mama Monster's hip injury and it finally looks like she's fully recovered and back to her offbeat ways. Leave it to Gaga to wear crazy high platform heels after undergoing surgery. 

The singer was spotted strutting  through New York City last night in a one-shoulder black dress, glittery retro sunglasses and...a furry yellow accessory? We won't ask.

Her casual outing comes after performing for the first time on Monday since the injury that led to canceling her Born This Way Ball tour. 

The pop star joined jazz trumpeter Brian Newman in Gramercy Park Hotel for a special cover of "Someone to Watch Over Me" that wowed the crowd. "Thanks to the 1&only @ladygaga for coming out to @GPHhotel tonight an singing a song!!" Newman tweeted after the show. 

While no word has been released on any upcoming tours, we're sure it won't be long until Gaga is rocking out in giant venues again.
