Talk about seeing double. Literally!

NBA player Jason Collins, who recently came out as a gay man, was joined by his twin brother, Jarron Collins, on Wednesday's Jimmy Kimmel Live.

When asked how he broke the news to his sibling, Jason said, "I went over to his  house...and I was like, 'Jarron, I need to talk to you about something serious.'"

Added Jarron: "He was very direct about it. He said, 'Jarron, I'm gay.' and I heard it, but I didn't quite register it. And I went about asking some of the dumbest questions you could possibly ask someone who just told you that they're gay."

Recalled Jason: "Yeah, like, 'Are you sure?'"

Jarron later noted that he is often mistaken for his sibling.

Naturally, Jimmy Kimmel had just the thing to help him out.

The talk show host proceeded to present Jarron with a T-shirt that read, "I'm the straight one," much to the delight of both brothers.

"It'll save me a lot of time," Jarron said with a laugh.
