Henry Cavill has a new fan.

Actor Russell Crowe had to jump onto Twitter to go all fanboy over his costar's work in Man of Steel (out in theaters June 14), talking about the star's performance as Superman and anticipating a huge change for his career (and life) after the flick's release.

"Just contemplating how massive the change in life young Henry Cavill is about to deal with. @ManofSteelMovie is excellent," Crowe tweeted.

The Aussie star also responded to some fans' tweets about his post, telling one writer who exclaimed Cavill isn't "that young," that, "He's my son mate, he's young," (Crowe plays Cavill's father in the film).

He also mentioned to another follower that the upcoming movie "has even more flying than For The Moment"—a 1993 film where Crowe portrayed a bomber pilot in World War II.

We can't wait!
