Donald Faison could be in hot legal water, at least as far as his agents are concerned.

The former Scrubs actor is on the receiving end of a lawsuit filed by United Talent Agency for allegedly failing to pay the folks—who negotiated his role on the show—their customary 10 percent commission.

Per the complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by E! News, UTA claims the 38-year-old Faison with no explanation whatsoever suddenly stopping regular payments of $7,535 per episode to the agency after the third episode of the show's ninth and final season.

This after UTA brokered a lucrative $75,000-per-episode deal for him to play J.D.'s best buddy, Christopher Turk, on the hit comedy.

Not only has he supposedly refused their repeated demands to pony up the money, but the agents also accused the actor of failing to make good on a commission for the $60,000 he earned for a role on the ABC television pilot, The Law.

UTA is seeking damages in excess of $73,000 as well as a full accounting of between the agency and Faison.

A rep for the tube star was unavailable for comment.
