Rumors have been running rampant that the "Hero" singer is preparing to finally tie the knot with the former tennis player after 12 years together.

The speculation started after the U.K.'s The Sun published a story that the two would be getting married next week in Miami.

However, a source tells E! News that the report is completely untrue.

It's too bad, seeing how the supposed guest list was to have included Jennifer Lopez, Eva Longoria as well as David and Victoria Beckham.
