Peter Robbins is off to rehab.

The actor, who voiced Charlie Brown in multiple Peanuts films and TV specials, was sentenced today to a year in jail for stalking his ex and making threats—but he will be allowed to log time in treatment instead, the San Diego County District Attorney's Office confirms to E! News.

Robbins was given credit for 110 days already spent behind bars, as well as another 110 credits for good behavior and San Diego Superior Court Judge Dwayne Moring ordered that the remainder of the jail sentence is stayed pending successful completion of a residential rehabilitation program.

Robbins, 56, pleaded guilty last month to stalking and threatening his ex-girlfriend and her plastic surgeon.

Per the judge's orders, Robbins must spend at least eight months in rehab. He was also given five years' probation and ordered to pay $15,081.90 in restitution to the doctor and abide by a 10-year order of protection to stay away from his ex.

"Don't be a blockhead," Moring told Robbins, quoting one of Charlie Brown's frequent foils, Lucy van Pelt.
