Taylor Swift and Tim McGraw are headed down that lonesome road together.

The new music video for the latter's "Highway Don't Care," his hit duet with the country pop songstress and featuring Keith Urban off his new album, Two Lanes of Freedom, is in the wild.

The beautifully shot clip finds McGraw singing about lost love on a desolate rural road at the same time a cinematic story unfolds in which he's trading texts with his ladylove, who's driving down said road upset and in tears.

"You try not to think about what went wrong/You try not to stop until you get where you're goin'," he sings in the ballad before cutting to an angelic Swift amid a see-through white curtain and warm, glowing light.

As the tale progresses, we learn that McGraw's character is actually a doctor at Nashville's Vanderbilt University Medical Center. So when the woman reaches for her cell phone and loses control of her car and crashes, the country star's there to triage her when she's airlifted back to the hospital.

Urban makes a nice cameo too, performing the song's stirring guitar solo.
