Nicki Minaj can't resist keeping a good feud going.

The "Beez in the Trap" hitmaker is taking aim at Mariah Carey again, this time taking to Twitter hours after last night's show to call her fellow American Idol judge an "insecure" woman who feels threatened by Minaj's success on the charts.

This after the two stars got into it at the judge's table and the R&B songstress burned her by suggesting the rapper never hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

"Bwaha! Burn? Shes sad i tied her record for Hot 100 entries in only 3 years of being in the game. Yep, a black female rapper @perezhilton," she tweeted.

But Minaj didn't stop there.

Added Nicki: "What u SHOULD be doing (wit your messy ass) is asking why a woman SO successful at her age, is still so INSECURE, and bitter."

And to add insult to injury, Minaj referenced rumors that Idol producers were looking to shake things up on the suddenly ratings-challenged competition by having former judge Jennifer Lopez back on the panel next season in place of Carey (it turns out, J.Lo will be performing on this month's finale).

"All dem #1s but J.Lo phone ringin? Lol. I guess having a personality, being a secure woman and giving genuine critique still trumps that," tweeted the hip-hopster.

Ouch!

So far, Mariah's yet to comment on Twitter. Let's see if she has anything to say on tonight's Idol.
