The work keeps rolling in for Reese Witherspoon.

Just one day after learning that the A-lister has signed on to produce the American version of Get Her Off the Pitch, E! News confirms that Witherspoon is currently in talks to join fellow actor Keanu Reeves in the sci-fi love story Passengers

The Brian Kirk-directed film reportedly focuses around a starship passenger (Reeves) who prematurely thaws from a frozen slumber nearly a century early. Feeling a little lonely, he decides to wake up a female to keep him company (possibly Witherspoon).

Should Reese sign on to the flick, it will be one of the first projects she'll be tied to since her disorderly conduct arrest last month.

Witherspoon addressed the situation this morning on Good Morning America, saying, "We went out to dinner in Atlanta and we had one too many glasses of wine. We thought we were fine to drive and we absolutely were not…We know better and we shouldn't have done that."

She adds that she was "disrespectful" to the arresting officer and that her behavior was "completely unacceptable and we [she and husband Jim Toth] are so sorry and embarrassed."
