As the young fashionista arrived at school Thursday morning with proud mom Katie Holmes, the 7-year-old chose to pass on the common classroom accessory.

Instead, Cruise went to class carrying her favorite four-legged stuffed animal.

The schoolgirl, who loves adding a little pink to her wardrobe, accessorized her school uniform of black skirt and white shirt with an adorable pink headband and pink ballet flats.

Meanwhile, Holmes looked sharp in her navy-blue dress with brown wedge heels.

It's safe to say this mother-daughter duo passed the fashion test once again with flying colors.
