Lochte for president! Jeah!

On this Sunday's episode of What Would Ryan Lochte Do?, Ryan Lochte heads to Washington, D.C. to give a speech. That got us thinking: What would Ryan Lochte do...if he were President of the United States?

Obviously Lochte is going to stick to swimming, but hear us out on this. There are some pretty good reasons why he would be a great president.

1. He Looks Great in Suits

No matter your political affiliation, there's one thing we can all agree on: Ryan Lochte looks impressive in a suit. Quite impressive. Of course, we're used to seeing the Speedo, but a change of pace isn't a bad thing. And hey, maybe he could be the first POTUS to do a press conference in a Team USA Speedo. It would give a whole new meaning to "Star-Spangled Banner."

2. He's Honest

Ryan Lochte is a straight shooter. If you ask him something like, say, "What is the Lochte Edge?" he won't fabricate some BS answer. He'll tell you truthfully that he actually has no idea. Couldn't we use a bit more honesty in politics?

3. This.

Looks aren't everything, especially when you're president. But remember how much positive press President Obama got when those photos of him on the beach came out? Imagine if he had Lochte's abs. North Korea would be all like, "You guys are all right." There would be world peace within 24 hours.

4. He Has a Built-In Consituency

If Lochte's looks aren't enough to make him electable in your eyes, consider the Lochte Nation. You'll be hard pressed to find a more dedicated fan base, and it would solve that whole problem of getting out the youth vote. We would also predict record voter turnout for women.

5. Lochte-Isms

Any president worth his weight in hanging chads has one good quote that will put him in the history books. JFK had "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country," but Ryan Lochte has an arsenal of Lochte-Isms to make him quotable. "If you're going to be a man at night, you gotta be a man in the morning" is the new "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself."
