Ryan Lochte, Upfronts

Ryan Lochte has got moves! And spoiler alert: They are all in his shoulders.

The E! reality star showed us his (hilarious) dance moves at Monday night's E! Upfront in NYC, and tells us he won't be hitting Dancing With the Stars anytime soon. Or any other reality show but his own: What Would Ryan Lochte Do?

"They asked me if I would [do The Bachelor] or Dancing With The Stars," the Olympic swimmer revealed to E! News' Kristin Dos Santos. "And I was like, 'why don't I just have my own reality TV show, and just put it all in there myself?' Do it my own way."

What Would Ryan Lochte Do? premiered Sunday night and created some serious social-media buzz, as #wwrld was trending on Twitter, which was a happy surprise for the swimming stud.

"I didn't know what was going to be on the show," he admitted. "So after seeing it and seeing my family all laughing, I was really pleased with everything, and how it went with everything. Seven more episodes left!"

So how much of his dating life will we see on the show?

"I'm a single guy still trying to find that one true love, so on this show you'll see me go on about three or four different dates," he said.

And for the record, Lochte still insists he's legitimately flattered anytime someone points out his good looks, which are not to be missed in person!

"Every time I get a compliment, I like it, of course!" he laughs. "I mean, who doesn't like compliments?"

What Would Ryan Lochte Do? airs Sunday nights on E!
