Five to 15 people are feared dead following Wednesday's tragic occurrence

Early Wednesday evening, a fertilizer-plant explosion decimated West, a small town in Texas.

Per NBC News, the incident killed at least five to 15 people and wounded more than 160. Following so close on the horrific bombing at the Boston Marathon on Monday, the deadly event has shocked a nation still reeling from the earlier tragedy.

The following celebs took to Twitter to share their thoughts, prayers and well-wishes for the Lone Star State.
