Sofia Vergara is ready to become a mom again!

The Modern Family star revealed on Good Morning America today that she's frozen her eggs in the hopes of starting a family with fiancé Nick Loeb.

"I wanted to make sure I already froze my eggs. I wanted to take advantage of science," Vergara said.

"I took them out already. They’re in the refrigerators. Hopefully, they’ll be fresh by the time I use them."

The 40-year-old didn't want to take her chances on a possible pregnancy at her age because "nothing happens that naturally anymore."

Vergara has a 21-year-old son, Manolo González, from a previous marriage, but wanted to ensure that fatherhood was in her current beau's foreseeable future.

"Nicky is three years younger than me and he’s never had a son," she explained. "I have my son, Manolo. So it’s not an emergency for me to have another kid, but for Nicky, he’s never had a baby."

Vergara also spoke out about her future baby plans in the March issue of Vogue.

"I have to be careful what I eat because they're freezing my eggs!" Vergara told the mag.

The Colombian beauty added that she's started treatment already with hormone pills and injections.

Fingers crossed that a baby makes four for Vergara and family!
