The "Ashtrays and Heartbreaks" singer's younger sibling, Noah Cyrus, is no stranger to showbiz, having grown up amid Hollywood glitz thanks to pop Billy Ray Cyrus, big bro Trace Cyrus and, of course, her famous big sis. But the 13-year-old admits even she isn't immune to being starstruck.
The object of her obsession: none other than Justin Bieber. In fact, Noah was once so hung up over the Biebs, she copped to swiping his clothes during a particular fit of fandom.

"When I met Justin Bieber, I could barely speak," she says in the latest issue of Teen Vogue. "I was just going crazy inside."
So crazy, in fact, that she just couldn't help but pilfer a few mementos from her idol.
"It was at an awards show in Canada, and after he went and changed for his next set, I kind of stole his clothes," she recalls. "He doesn't know it yet." (Um, not the case anymore.)
According to Noah, who is a budding equestrienne with her sights set on the Olympics, "Miley's stylist dressed him for that event, and they had his stuff, so I took it home! Justin was my first love!"
Looks like this avowed equine lover brings new meaning to the word clotheshorse.
