Tom Cruise seems to have been doing well since his split from Katie Holmes, but on Friday, the Oblivion star was down on his luck.
During an appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, the 50-year-old actor played a game of "Egg Roulette." Both Cruise and the late-night host randomly drew one egg from a carton, containing eight hardboiled eggs and four raw ones, and smashed it over Cruise's head.
With his very first draw, Cruise cracked the egg over his hair. He'd picked a raw one, and the raw yolk dribbled down his face.
"That's never happened!" Fallon quipped.
As he drew his second egg, Cruise mused it "would be impossible" for him to pick a raw egg again. But lo and behold, he did, and smashed it on his head, losing the game.
At least he took a crack at it.
