Justin Bieber Fights Stomachache, "but the Show Must Go On" in Belgium

"Ate something funny. Stomach ain't right today," pop star tweets before powering through sold-out show

Belgian Beliebers, you are in luck.

Even though Justin Bieber had a tummyache (even food poisoning, perhaps?) on Thursday, he powered through it to perform his sold-out show in Antwerp.

"Ate something funny," the 19-year-old pop star tweeted. "Stomach ain't right today."

But the Biebs wasn't about to let his fans down, so he did his best to move past the pain. "Show must go on!" he wrote. "Leggo!"

And that he did. So even though J.B. hasn't had a perfect European tour schedule and his monkey, Mally, is still in Germany, let's give the kid some credit: At least he didn't call in sick!
