If you've spotted Gwyneth Paltrow on the red carpet lately, you may have noticed the star has some seriously sculpted legs!

But it may comfort you to know the leggy lady actually has to work just as hard as the rest of us to maintain her killer shape. In fact, the blond beauty, who recently celebrated the opening of her trainer and good friend Tracy Anderson's salon in Brentwood, took the time to share some of her pal's most tried-and-true workout tips at the event. 

"The best thing [Tracy] has ever taught me is that there are no shortcuts, which sucks," Paltrow admitted to us. "I used to think, ‘Oh, you know, I'll just like diet or do a juice fast or I'll skip and go for a run,' and no, it's consistency and discipline and she embodies that."
