The stars of The Real Housewives of New Jersey are no strangers to hurling verbal potshots at each other. But did a trio of cast members get physical with someone caught in their crosshairs?

A New Jersey man has accused Jacqueline Laurita, Chris Laurita and Joe Gorga of assaulting him and making threats while they were shooting an episode of the show last week, E! News has confirmed.

Per local police, Paramus resident John Karagiorgis, 38, claims that the trio roughed him up inside the Moxie Salon in Ridgewood at around 10 p.m. last Saturday, and he reported the alleged incident about an hour later after everyone had left.

Ridgewood Municipal Court Judge David Fund determined that there was enough probable cause for the case to proceed.

According to the Ridgewood-Glen Rock Patch, the brawl broke out after Karagiorgis allegedly made a comment about the Lauritas' autistic son, and a sink was reportedly thrown during the melee, which also purportedly left a slew of damaged merchandise. Karagiorgis denied making any comments about the Lauritas' son, telling NorthJersey.com: "This is the type of notoriety I don't want...I never spoke negatively about any child."

The Lauritas and Gorga, meanwhile, have filed their own counter complaints, and a hearing is expected to be scheduled at a future date, police confirmed.

Bravo declined to comment.
