On the season finale of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami this Sunday, Kim wakes Kourtney Kardashian up in the middle of the night to go to the hospital for some horrible abdominal pain. When Kourtney grills Kim about it, she drops the bomb on her sister: "I'm pregnant."
Kourtney is more than supportive, but Kim has her reservations about telling the rest of the family. First, Scott Disick is upset with her over Kim's hiring of a private detective to follow him around. Then there's Khloe Kardashian Odom, who Kim is afraid will be upset by the news while facing her own fertility problems.
Will Khloe be as accepting of Kim's pregnancy as Kourtney was? Will Scott ever forgive Kim for snooping into his life?
