Apparently, Ireland Baldwin isn't concerned with her father's opinion of the New York Post.

Despite Alec Baldwin's contentious relationship with the tabloid, his 17-year-old daughter—who recently signed a contract with IMG Models—debuted pics from her first photo shoot in the daily paper.

Clad in a skimpy bikini and looking sexy as ever, Baldwin's daughter with ex Kim Basinger (she's the spitting image of her Oscar-winning mother) poses like a pro and shows off her sultry side.

The modeling move is a controversial one for the 6-foot-2-inch stunner, as her father previously slammed Post employees for their reporting efforts after his infamous Starbucks barista rant.

Most recently, the 30 Rock star fired back at the paper's report that he used a racial slur against a paparazzo, calling the accusations "outrageous" and "completely false."

Prior to her recent splash on the bikini-pic scene, Alec's daughter was better known for being on the receiving end of her father's 2007 viral voicemail, in which he infamously called his then 11-year-old child a "little pig."

But despite the pair's past rocky relationship, the blond beauty insists all is well between the two.

"You know, he has his own agenda and I have my own," she said about her father in the accompanying editorial. "I think he's very outspoken and he has his opinions, and he's him and I'm me, and I know he's done things that he regrets himself and that he's sorry for, but you know, the past is the past."

She also tells the Post she and her father "text and talk on the phone all the time" and insists their relationship is fine.
