Kim Kardashian's not getting the legal wiggle room she'd hoped for.

A judge has turned town the pregnant star's request to bump up the trial date in her divorce case against estranged ex Kris Humphries, and the two remain on track for a court showdown in Los Angeles on May 6, as originally scheduled.

Kanye West's baby mama had hoped to push the trial date up to May 3 due to a prior commitment she purportedly has in New York, but Humphries' legal team argued that the schedule switch would force witnesses to stay an extra weekend to accommodate the changes.

The 28-year-old Brooklyn Nets baller's attorneys then proposed an alternate trial date of May 7, but on Tuesday, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge swatted down both sides' propositions, ruling that the trial will proceed on May 6.

That trial date was finally locked down in mid-February after a protracted and heated exploratory period in which the 32-year-old's Kardashian's legal eagles accused Humphries' team of deliberately stalling the proceedings and questioned their claims of "uncooperative third parties."

Humphries' attorneys, meanwhile, accused Kardashian's camp of using her pregnancy as an unfair linchpin to push for an expedited trial.

Barring any 11th-hour upheavals, the trial is expected to stretch for five days, with three witnesses testifying on behalf of Kardashian and up to five witnesses batting on behalf of Humphries.
