But don't expect them to be picking out china patterns anytime soon.

While the world seemed to have not noticed their coziness until Friday's New York Knicks game against the Charlotte Bobcats, I'm told the Gossip Girl star and dark-haired stunner have been "hanging out" for about three months.

But the source insists that the relationship is "nothing serious right now."

They met last summer through mutual "high society friends," the source said. "She moved to New York and reached out to Chace."
