Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett always hated flying—but she had no idea how scared she was of heights until she ended up on the high dive for the new ABC competition show Splash.

"No joke, I start spinning, I start wanting to throw up, I'm shaking, my fingers wiggle," the reality-TV star said in a sit-down with E! NewsTerrence Jenkins today. "It's ilke a real thing, when my fingers wiggle—that's, like, a truth."

She says her husband, Hank Baskett III, does the best he can to calm her down, but that it's their little one, Hank IV, who really got her to take the plunge.

"Not one person int his world could get me to do anything like that, except of course for my son," she says. "If you saw the first episode [of Splash], little Hank makes a little heart, says 'I love you, mama,' and that gave me that power to jump."

Joined by her hubby in the studio, Kendra says there are plans for baby No. 2, but Hank would only admit, "We're practicing."

Asked by Jenkins if they had any tips about making a relationship work, Kendra joked of their apparent marital bliss, "It's all a front" (but watch the E! News clip to find out what she and Hank really had to say about why they're so happy).

And speaking of happiness, Kendra said that she recently talked to her newly wedded former beau Hugh Hefner, and he's doing great.

"We just recently had a really intimate conversation and he really wanted me to let everybody know how happy he is, like, really...And I'm happy for him."
