And they're not the only ones we're telling you about. Star Trek trio Chris Pine, Zoe Saldana and Zachary Quinto will also be handing out some of that golden popcorn.
Who else have we learned will be there? Steve Carell, Seth Rogen, Adam Sandler, Amanda Seyfried and Kerry Washington.
Hosted by Rebel Wilson, the show takes place on April 14.
MTV recently announced that Selena Gomez will perform her new single "Come & Get It" during the show, which will also include special awards for Well Ferrell and Emma Watson.
