Twilight's officially over, so naturally there's a new Stephenie Meyer flick taking over.

In case you've been too occupied with the recent Robsten sightings, we're of course referring to The Host, the sci-fi flick based on the best-selling book that hits theaters tomorrow.

E! News caught up with the film's leading ladies—Saiorse Ronan and Diane Kruger—at a screening last night in NYC, where the Irish beauty shared her thoughts on the intense fandom surrounding the supernatural story, while her 36-year-old costar admits she (gasp!) had never read the book before signing on to the project.

"It was an amazing script; I hadn't read the book," Kruger, who plays the head Soul named The Seeker, confessed to E! News. "I love sci-fi films and I've wanted to be in one since I started acting."

"Obviously, Stephenie Meyer, you have to live under a rock to not know her work," she continued. "So you know, I don't really make teenage films and I wanted to be part of the cool kids' club, I guess."

Congrats, Kruger, you've officially been inducted into the Y.A. world! But beware, the genre generally has the most intense fans (Twihards, anyone?), a fact that Ronan is all too aware of, but she's still unfazed by the crazy fan potential.

"To be honest, it's not really something I think about," the Lovely Bones actress admitted. "It would be great if the film did well and it did so well that, yeah, maybe we do get to do a second one, but we'll have to just wait and see how this one does first!"

Sending positive box office vibes your way! But if Twilight's success is any indication, you won't be needing the extra luck.
